The above units will be affiliated to In Records Warvick under the provisions of ACI 458/44

Arra.oments will be made by the War Office (C20) for an initial sup of stationery and publications to be despatched, without requisition, to the units at the address given in para 1 above, so as to arrive as soon as possible.
A standard sup of Al's will similarly be auspatched, without requisition, by the appropriate MD.

Application for of ice machinery ie typewriters and duplicators, will be submitted by the units on AFL 1392 (in manuscript if the form is not available) direct to the War Office (C2c), Curnon Struct House, Curzon street, London, 1.
5. Str Returns
Ar's B157(Mar) will be completed and rendered in accordance with the instrs contained in the pamphlet "Unit Guide to Personnel strength Returns (Home) 1944" issued with LCI 148/45.

The War Office copies of A's 3156(ar) (see CI 110/44 as amended by ACI 241/44) and Pt II Orders (Or_rs)(sec MUI 789/43) will be endorsed "G1(Öffrs) in the top right-hand corner.
6. Ent
A scale of vehs, as laid down by the ur Office, will be issued without demand under arrangements to be made by the War Office branches concerned.
7. Controlled stores
AF G1000, the monthly census of War Office controlled stores, will be completed in accordance with ACI 724/45.
8. Fmn Report
Fran reports on the specimen proforma given below, will be rendered direct to War Office (SD1) London by those uits within seven days of date of fmn. Any subsequent changes in location will be reported in accordance with AUI 948/43.
